Newly designed and built in 2006, the studio is warm and inviting. Great sound, excellent isolation, natural light, and of course, the right gear. Beautiful walnut floors, birch doors, and alder trim compliment the cool blues of the walls. ProTools HD3 Accel and Logic Studio 8 on a Dual 2.0 Mac G5, Mogami digital cabling throughout, Focal Twin6 BEs, Millennia preamps, and Neumann, ADK, and AudioTechnica vocal mics. There are tie lines into the house to the beautiful 1948 Steinway ‘M’. The studio has a comfortable in-wall queen-size Murphy Bed, flat-screen TV with cable and DVD player, and it’s own stylish bathroom with a shower to make a trip to work at The Stickhouse comfortable and cost-effective.

Ok, yeah, the pictures aren’t so great... and yes, those are Christmas decorations in the pictures. When things slow down, I’ll have a pro come and shoot the studio for real. Actually, it’s almost Christmas again! I guess we should keep the decorations!
