My teacher’s Mac Plus in 1988. Did a couple concerts of originals for my friends in High School.
College at Western Michigan University. Piano Performance degree. Spent more time in the recording studio than in the practice room. Still graduated magna cum laude.
Married June in December.
Moved to Nashville. Got a gig. “Tape Dub Boy” at Hummingbird Productions. Got semi-famous as the voice of “Er” (also co-produced and did the sound design and audio editing) for the Clio winning Superbowl spot, Budweiser’s “Frogs”).
Worked as writer, producer and engineer for TONS of commercials (including several other Superbowl spots), industrials, library music, and a few record projects.
Left Hummingbird to start a new company: Hear, Inc. Moved Hear, Inc. to Los Angeles to pursue songwriting and record production.
Signed publishing deal with Sony/ATV to write tunes. Placed tunes all over the world.
Worked with major labels, co-wrote and produced tracks with many writers including Giorgio Moroder, BIlly Steinberg, Robbie Nevil, and Gary Barlow.
Co-wrote and produced a tune for Angela Via for the first Pokemon:The Movie score and soundtrack CD that went Double Platinum. Wrote and produced for Angela’s debut record on LAVA/Atlantic.
Worked on tracks for Luis Fonsi, Willa Ford, wrote and produced for MTV’s spoof boyband “2Gether” among others.
Writing and production for Kids’ WB’s Award Winning Saturday morning kids series “Brainsnacks”.
Orchestrated a feature film with famed rock producer Keith Forsey.
Co-wrote and produced theme music for Speed Channel’s NASCAR Trucks series, underscore for NBC’s The Restaurant, and library music for FOX television.
Produced debut record for Rocketown Record’s aritst, George Rowe. Co-wrote, arranged, programmed, engineered, and mixed. 1st single “Everlasting” Number 1 on Billboard Christian radio’s Inspo Chart.
Moved the family to Northern California, and bought a fixer, and remodeled. Studio plans in the works.
Went to Warsaw, Poland to produce the debut record for Why?Not. 1st video Number 1 on Poland’s TVP. Arranged, engineered, and mixed.
Composed movie trailer library cues for SpiderCues.
Wrote and produced fun kid’s music to accompany FLY Adventures curriculum. 2 of 6 discs completed, production continuing.
Designed and built the new Stickhouse Studio in Meadow Vista, CA.
Mixed The Dailies debut record in the new studio.
Produced, arranged, recorded, and mixed a Christmas record for Grass Valley Calvary Chapel.
Composed opening title theme and cues for a new kid’s equestrian DVD called “Stable Days”.

Taught recording and arranging clinics at the 2007 Worship Life Conference at Ocean Hills Calvary Chapel.
Produced, recorded and mixed worship rock band Chasing Cadence for Hume Music.
